We may also collect pet profile information, including pet name, breed, birthday or age, weight, gender, photos, scan history, wellness scores, AI-generated observations, and related report data.
We may collect technical information such as browser type, device information, pages viewed, session identifiers, cookies, and local storage used to keep the product working and improve reliability.
How We Use Information
We use information to create and manage PawPoint accounts, maintain pet profiles, run AI wellness scans, save wellness reports, show scan history, support account security, improve the service, and respond to support requests.
Google Login And Authentication
If you sign in with Google, we receive basic account information provided by Google, such as your email address and profile identity, to create or access your PawPoint account. Google authentication is used only for sign in and account access.
Pet Photos And AI Wellness Reports
Pet photos uploaded for scans may be processed by AI services to generate wellness observations and recommendations. PawPoint wellness scans are informational and are not a veterinary diagnosis, treatment plan, or replacement for professional veterinary care.
Sharing Information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help operate PawPoint, including authentication, hosting, storage, analytics, and AI processing providers. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety, security, and integrity of PawPoint.
Data Security And Retention
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. No online service is completely secure. We retain account, pet profile, scan, and report information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Your Choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account and related pet wellness data by contacting us. Some information may need to be retained where required for security, legal, or operational reasons.
Children's Privacy
PawPoint is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
